About Jaga China
Jaga China has been a trailblazer in the Chinese HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) market since its establishment in 2012. In 2014, the company further demonstrated its dedication to the market by establishing a state-of-the-art joint venture factory in Jiangsu, China, covering an expansive area of 16,000 square meters. This facility is equipped with five advanced production lines specializing in manufacturing various heat pump systems, including air-to-water and water-to-water systems tailored for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
The foundation of Jaga China can be traced back to the collaboration of three industry visionaries and close friends: Mr. Jan Kriekels, Mr. Nico Vanherle, and Mr. Zhu Xiaoping. Their friendship, which began in the HVAC products exporting business in 2008, evolved into a robust partnership that fostered extensive collaboration within the HVAC industry.

Following the successful establishment of 120 showrooms across China, we expanded our reach by introducing our own house brand, M1glio, tailored specifically for the European market. Additionally, we launched an OEM / ODM production line to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our clients.

In our first five years in the market, Jaga achieved a significant milestone by establishing a network of 100 distributors and retailers across China. Central to this achievement was our flagship product, the MUIFA full-function heat pump, which revolutionized the industry by seamlessly addressing cooling, heating, and domestic hot water needs. By the end of 2017, the impact of the MUIFA heat pump was undeniable, with over 10,000 units successfully deployed throughout China. These heat pumps have consistently delivered exceptional performance, operating flawlessly for more than eight years.
A pivotal moment in our journey occurred in the spring of 2017 at Moganshan, where we hosted our inaugural dealer conference. This event coincided with the completion of our first landmark project, the Naked Stables hotel—a LEED Platinum certified marvel. This project not only demonstrated our commitment to sustainability but also highlighted the reliability and efficiency of our products in real-world applications. The Naked Stables hotel continues to operate seamlessly since its inception in 2017, serving as a testament to the enduring quality of Jaga's heat pumps.

Since 2017, we expanded our reach by exporting heat pumps to Europe under our own house brand, M1glio. Our heat pumps received CE approval in the same year, attesting to their compliance with European safety and quality standards.
At M1glio, our philosophy is simple: one brand, one system. We believe in promoting heat pumps alongside complementary system products such as water tanks, EC fan coil units, and various accessories like 3-way valves, electrical heaters, and manifolds.
We offer comprehensive solutions to our customers, providing not only heat pumps but also the entire range of system products necessary for efficient HVAC installations. Additionally, we offer OEM and ODM production services for our partners, ensuring that their specific requirements are met. Our collaboration with certification bodies like TUV, INTERTEC, or SGS ensures that our products meet the necessary standards and regulatory requirements, providing our partners and customers with peace of mind.

A cornerstone of our success lies in the robust after-sales service we provide, ensuring optimal performance of our heat pumps in diverse climate conditions. Central to this commitment is our innovative Link & Care monitoring platform. This cutting-edge system empowers us to monitor, control and maintain the steady operation of our heat pumps seamlessly.
A key feature of our monitoring platform is the incorporation of 4G modules with SIM cards in each heat pump. This connectivity ensures real-time data transmission, enabling stakeholders—including the factory, distributors, and end-users—to access comprehensive information about the running status of our heat pumps. Our platform is designed with versatility in mind, offering different tiers of access for various stakeholders. From factory personnel overseeing production to distributors managing inventory, and end-users interested in their HVAC system's performance, everyone can enjoy tailored access levels, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the monitoring process.
